Bridal Trial Tan/ Wedding Tan & Consultation (Requires Prepayment)

The Trial Spray tan is to ensure the bride knows the depth of color preferred and how it sets in for the next couple of days (recommended 2 weeks- 1 month before the wedding date). Bridal Wedding (no trial)

Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy
AVOID THE BOOKING FEE WHICH IS THE FULL SERVICE AMOUNT BY:
- Cancelling your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time
- Confirming your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time
- Notifying us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you have recently moved and address we have on file is no longer valid. $80 fee if you fail to do this.
- Don’t be late: We offer a 5 minute grace period before applying this policy. CALL/TEXT if you may be late to determine if we are able to accommodate or adjust the schedule. If not, you will need to reschedule.
- Notifying us of a sunburn (that may or may not be peeling) 24 hours before your scheduled time slot- we simply cannot spray burned aggravated skin and guarantee the spray tan
- Providing a neat surrounding that is suitable for us to set up in. This requires a neat ventilated room with clean floors (preferably non carpet flooring) adequate lighting, nearby grounded outlets with enough space to accommodate our sunless equipment otherwise services will not be rendered to you.
- If you are a package holder and if any of the above apply to you, we reserve the right to deduct that session from your package.
- All cancellation request must be made by phone or text. being a mobile service on the go email cancellation request are not an option and not valid.
- No refunds on month to month, 3-month, or annual VIP memberships.
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, no refunds on products sold or rendered services.
- Travel appointments must be paid separately if you are a package holder and the travel fee will apply. Discount or coupons cannot be applied to travel appointments, weddings, special events, etc.
- PLEASE LEAVE YOUR ADDRESS, SECURITY CODE, HOTEL NAME, TOWER INFO ON THE NOTES WHEN BOOKING.
- Glowsthetic Allure reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who has disregarded our policy. A CREDIT/DEBIT card must be entered in order to hold your appointment. This card is NOT used to pay for the session unless you prefer that payment method. If you want to use that card you would need to save it on file. To avoid price increases, all card transactions will be added between 2.6%-3.5% to the final balance. We accept debit, credit, and cash. No checks.

Additional Information
You are required to fill out and submit acknowledgement, client/waiver form for all first time customers. We require a credit card to be held on file to hold your appointment. We will not be responsible for services booked in a different time zone, so book accurately. Hotels and onsite locations that require payment for parking will be subject to payment at the time of service. Please be sure to have exact amount if paying with cash, we do not carry cash for travel/mobile appointments. Please feel free to call and ask questions, we are your at your service.
Male clients must wear some form of briefs (competition tan guys must wear a sock).
We are a small business so if you need any product please give us a heads up so we can supply you with your sunless products when we arrive to your appointment. You can also purchase it through our website if you prefer.
